Is it safe to post my trainers?+
Yes — every shipment travels on tracked postage both ways, and we photograph your pair the moment it arrives so there's a record of its condition before we touch it. We're a new business finalising dedicated treatment-risk cover; ask us for our current position before sending a higher-value pair.
Can you really unyellow soles and Air units?+
Soles, mostly yes — oxidation on white and icy rubber reverses well, and we seal it afterwards because untreated soles re-yellow within months. Air units are harder: yellowing inside the bag itself only partly improves, so we'll show you honestly on the after-photos. Nothing stops ageing completely — keeping them out of sunlight helps most.
What can't you fix?+
We're upfront: popped Air bubbles can't be repaired, degraded reflective panels can't be made like-new, and we don't do sole swaps. If a midsole has started crumbling (it happens to old polyurethane), no clean can save it — we'll tell you from your photos before you post anything.
How long does it take?+
Cleans average 5–7 days door-to-door; restoration work 10–14 days. Need them for an event? Add express and your pair goes back in the post within 48 hours of reaching us (heavy unyellowing can need longer — we'll tell you).
Do you work on suede and knit?+
Yes — suede, nubuck, leather, mesh, canvas and knit all have their own dedicated process and products. Delicate materials are always dry-handled, never soaked.
